The Protein Power Salad For Weight Loss

Today I’m going to share with you one of my most favorite salads that I seem to consistently make at least once a week.
It’s very tasty and also very nutritious…and it’s packed with protein!
And if you’re a super busy person like me then you’ll also maybe like that it only takes around 20 minutes for me to make. That’s it.
I’ve found a lot of the time when I used to make a salad that it was always missing out on the protein. Usually the standard is to throw some chicken in the salad and you’re good to go.
But I like varying my intake of protein and I don’t feel like eating chicken every day. So I came up with an alternative.
I jokingly call this “The Man Salad” because it feels to me like it was built for men…but everybody can eat it!
I’ve never really been a salad person for the better part of my life but now I’m starting to get more into it and finding creative ways to make them.
I forgot to add some more meat to this salad but you can easily throw in some cooked beef, chicken or salmon to boost the protein content.
Also watch out for the balsalmic vinaigrette because it can carry some extra calories, if you don’t want to use it then go with plain ol’ olive oil for dressing.

Hey Josh,
Its funny how things move in similar circles within an industry. Pamela also just did a recipe post about salad, although this one is slightly more on the vegetarian side.
