Thanks for the video, really good information too keep me and my wife going. We have been Alcohol free now for over a month and feeling great. We were never heavy drinkers at all but more of the social drinking on the weekends here and there but you can really tell a difference just with completely stopping for awhile giving your body time to reboot.
I will also throw in that alcohol lowers your inhibitions and thus your reason when it comes to proper caloric intake. To put that another way, I tend to pig out when I drink too much compounding the bad effect. It’s best to go in with a plan 1-2 drinks max and STICK WITH IT!
