The NO EXCUSES Hotel Room Workout

The past weekend I went to a fitness conference down in Anaheim, CA with my good friend Ray Wetterlund 3. We were so pumped up that we decided to make a video of a workout you can do in your very own hotel room. We shot this video at 1AM & I won’t lie, I was beat! We named it the NO EXCUSES Hotel Room Workout because you don’t need a fitness center or a gym to get this great workout done. You’ll keep all the hard work you’ve done to get into your fitness shape.
Ray is also originally from Napa & he’s also a personal trainer down in La Jolla, CA. If you’re ever in the area should definitely look him up!
