The Best 5 Foam Roller Exercises
Foam rolling has been something that has literally saved my body.
For the longest time my body was so painful and out of whack that I could barely do anything with my life.
I was lifting heavy weights all the time and hardly ever stretching and my body paid dearly for it. And trust me my body was super tight before I ever even touched a dumbbell.
See there are these things called trigger points that you probably heard about and they can build up their density in your muscles and tissues just from every day life. But when you add exercise on top of that then their badness is going to go through the roof.
I like to think of it like this, when your muscles and trigger points become denser they are like the wrinkles in jeans. It’s the foam rollers job to iron out those wrinkles and straighten out the jeans (muscles).
And that’s why getting a massage feels so good, the massage therapist can literally use their hands to rub out the areas of density in your body.
But if you’re like me and can’t afford a massage therapist every day (but I do recommend seeing one once a month) then I would suggest a foam roller. It’s only about a $25 investment and they last a really long time, I only have to buy one a year.
Knowing how to use one exactly is an entirely different topic though, learning how to use one is probably one of the biggest questions I get while training.
In this video I wanted to share with you my favorite 5 exercises to use while foam rolling.
Even though this is a great place to start there’s so much to it then that. That’s why I wanted to be able to spread the word about the foam roller and everything that it involves with you.
So I created a DVD and called it The Secrets of the Foam Roller.
All the information you need is on the page and if you have any questions just let me know.
And for the next 3 days it’s going to be knocking $10 off the price until Thursday at 12 noon Pacific time. Then it goes back up to the original price.
